We even had some of our maternity pics on it (like the one above).  There is something about a front porch that is inviting, comforting, and peaceful.  The song by Joy Williams called &#8220;Front Porch&#8221; gives me that same feeling.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On some of my most stressful days, a few minutes out on this porch helps me to refocus, center, and calm down.  Is there a space like that in your home?  Your refuge?  Your place of calm?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through all of this madness of 2020, I hope you visit your &#8220;place&#8221; often.  I know I need to do that more, especially as it cools down outside.
